Legal

Privacy notice

Last updated 20 October 2026.

Lepus is run by Kian Peake, a sole trader in the UK. I'm the data controller for anything you share on this site. You can reach me at prints@lepusstudio.com or through the contact form.

What I collect

  • Free wallpaper signup: your email address, the wallpaper you chose and that you ticked the consent box.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, the topic and your message.
  • Visits: I count visits and clicks to Etsy with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

Why, and how long I keep it

I use your email to send the wallpaper and, because you asked for it, the Lepus newsletter. The legal basis is your consent. I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Contact messages are used only to reply to you and are deleted within 12 months.

Who else handles it

Form entries are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and emails are handled through my Google Workspace mailbox. If I start using a newsletter service I will name it here. Purchases happen on Etsy, under Etsy's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting me. If you're unhappy with how I handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
