Questions

Do I need to pay for Canva?

No. A free Canva account works. The Start Here PDF has a link for each template that makes your own copy in Canva.

Is it the UK or the US version?

Both. Every download has a UK edition and a US edition, with the wording, spelling, emergency numbers and units set for each.

Will it work for my Airbnb or holiday let?

Yes. The templates are written for any short term rental: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, a holiday cottage or a serviced flat. They are not made by or linked to any booking platform.

Is anything posted to me?

No. It is a digital download from Etsy, so you can start setting it up straight away.
