The Stay Guide: welcome book template

£12.99 on Etsy

Etsy shows the live price, including any sale.

Guests ask the same questions every stay. What is the Wi-Fi? How do I get in? Which bin? The Stay Guide answers them before they ask, as a phone guide they open from one link and a printed book for the coffee table.

Instant digital download. Nothing is posted.

What's included

• Phone guest guide, 17 pages, with tap tiles and a Home button on every page: arrival, getting in, Wi-Fi and TV, heating, kitchen, house rules, bins, parking, local tips, emergency and check-out.
• Printed welcome book, 20 pages, with a contents page and two guest book pages.
• UK and US editions: wording, spelling, emergency numbers and units set for each.
• Host setup worksheet in Word and Google Docs, so you gather your details first.
• Sample PDFs and a Start Here PDF with your Canva links.

How it works

1. Download from Etsy and open the Start Here PDF.
2. Fill in the worksheet, about 20 minutes.
3. Copy the template into Canva and change everything marked in gold brackets.
